Around an hour and a half, covering five stops. The Extended Tour and the Historical Tunnel Tour each run about two and a half hours, and the Premium Tour is a full seven-hour day. Cruise ship tours have their own routes and timings.

On the Standard Tour: the Pillars of Hercules, St. Michael's Cave, the Skywalk, the macaque feeding station and the World War II Tunnels — all inside the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. The longer tours add Europa Point, the Windsor Suspension Bridge, the Great Siege Tunnels and more. Nature Reserve entry tickets are not included in the tour price; they are £30 per person, and children under 4 go free.

On the Extended Tour and the Premium Tour, yes. It is not part of the Standard Tour — the timings do not allow for it.

Within reason, yes. It's a private tour — if you'd rather spend twenty minutes with the monkeys than see another viewpoint, say so.

No. The price you are quoted covers the vehicle and your driver-guide. Upper Rock Nature Reserve entry is charged separately at £30 per person, and children under 4 go free. We can buy the tickets for you at the gate or you can buy your own — whichever you prefer.

Yes, we run year round. A few attractions keep shorter hours on public holidays and we'll flag anything affected when you book.

Send your dates through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email. We confirm availability and a firm price, usually within a couple of hours. A 25% deposit secures the date and the balance is paid on the day; once the deposit is in we send your pickup instructions.

Strongly recommended, especially on cruise days, weekends and through the summer. Gibraltar is small and a one-vehicle operation fills up quickly.

Rock tours are priced per vehicle, not per person, so the cost is the same whether there are two of you or eight. The Standard Tour is £290, the Extended Tour £390, the Historical Tunnel Tour £430 and the full-day Premium Tour £910. Upper Rock Nature Reserve entry tickets are extra at £30 per person, with under-4s free. Tours from the cruise terminal are priced separately — see the cruise section below.

Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour and the 25% deposit is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable, because the vehicle is held for you and the date is off the diary. Boat trips are weather-dependent and we will always offer a reschedule rather than run in bad conditions.

Card or cash at the end of the tour, and bank transfer for groups. Pounds sterling and euros are both fine, and most electronic payment methods work — ask first if you need a specific one.

Yes. Give us your ship name and all-aboard time and we build the route backwards from it with an hour of slack. No guest has ever missed a sailing.

Yes — direct pickup at the terminal. Your driver waits at the main exit with a name board from the moment your ship is cleared, and we drop you back at the terminal afterwards.

Cruise tours are priced per vehicle rather than per person, for up to eight people: £440 for the Standard Tour, £600 for the Extended Tour, and £175 an hour for a custom tour built around your call. Upper Rock Nature Reserve entry tickets are extra at £30 per person, and children under 4 go free. A 25% deposit confirms the booking.

We track arrivals and simply wait. Message us if you can; a delayed docking shortens the route, not your tour.

Very close. Ten to fifteen minutes on foot to Main Street, or a couple of minutes by vehicle.

Tell us your arrival time, all-aboard time and what you most want to see. The cruise Standard Tour takes about two and a half hours and the cruise Extended Tour about three and a half; with less time than that, a custom tour charged by the hour fits whatever you have.

Small bags, water and snacks are welcome, and anything larger stays locked in the vehicle between stops. Just keep food out of sight around the macaques.

Usually minutes, but weekends, holidays and rush hour can add a queue. Allow extra time if you have a tour booked, and tell us your crossing time so we can build in slack.

Yes, and most of our guests do. Walk over from La Línea de la Concepción and your driver meets you just outside the frontier on the Gibraltar side.

You can, but parking in Gibraltar is tight in high season. Leaving the car in Spain and walking in is almost always faster.

Yes — there is a car park in La Línea directly beside the frontier, a two-minute walk from the border crossing. Leave the car there, walk across, and we will be waiting on the Gibraltar side. It is far quicker than queueing to drive in.

On the Gibraltar side of the frontier, at the Coach Park, or anywhere else inside Gibraltar that suits you — your hotel, the port, a restaurant. Just say when you book.

Yes — normal customs rules apply to tobacco, alcohol and some food items, with quantity limits in both directions. Ask us if you're unsure about something specific.

Message us as soon as you know. We'll shift your start time or move you to the next available slot rather than let you lose the tour.

Entirely. The crossing is busy, monitored and walked by thousands of people a day.

Booking ahead is much safer, particularly in summer. If you're already on the Rock, message WhatsApp anyway — if there's a gap in the day, we'll use it.

Very. It's a private taxi, so you can break the tour whenever you need to, and the macaques win over every age group. Tell us if you're travelling with toddlers and we'll plan the stops around naps and shade.

Most stops are reachable with only short walks, and we can substitute the cave and tunnels for viewpoints that need no steps. Tell us in advance and we'll plan around it — the tour is designed to minimise walking.

Flat, sturdy shoes — cave and tunnel floors are uneven. In summer bring water, sunscreen and a hat; in winter a light jacket. The cave is cooler than the street, so a layer helps year round.

Small bags come with you and larger luggage stays locked in the vehicle. Let us know beforehand if you're travelling with suitcases so we bring the right vehicle.

We adjust the route, delay the start, swap to indoor stops or reschedule — whichever keeps the tour safe and worth doing. Boat trips are never run in poor conditions.

No — it's illegal in Gibraltar and carries a fine. Keep food and bags closed and they'll ignore you. We brief you before you get out.
